Description
Light blue, metal, hollow canister with rounded cap at the top with hole through it. An inner metal sheaf with corrugate edge, stops half way down. At bottom of the canister, is a metal lip with small holes all around. The lower half has a metal door on a hinge. The door has 4 windows with layered muscovite sheets.
