Description

Blue ribbon with yellow writing. The ribbon is anchored by a metal button covered with purple fabric with the word "TEAL" across the front. 2 ribbons 13 mm in width are sewn onto the back of the button. The left hand ribbon is 115 mm long as saying in capital letters (yellow) "Blue Ribbon". The right ribbon is shorter (80 mm) and says "Service".
