Description
White Pen wiper with blue decoration. It is round with scalloped edges with a thin blue line. 1 mm from the outside is another, thicker blue line and inside that line, each scallop has 2 blue arches. There is also an image of a straight pen (from the nib till half way up the handle). 3 ink blots in blue surround the pen as do the words: "this is a / TEAL / Pen wiper". The absorbent paper is in layers leaving a padded effect.
