Description
White china ashtray shaped like an inverted hat. The base is 77 mm in diameter and has sides that angle inwards slightly. The collar is oversized and edged in gold. "TEAL" is printed in gold on the collar with TEAL logo of a stylised flying fish (Maroro) underneath it. The opening is 58 mm in diameter and its rim has 3 semi-circular notches at regular intervals. On the base, is the maker's name in gold "Noritake China" above a wreath with an 'N' in the centre. Below the wreath it says "Japan".
