Description
1. Record: black, vinyl record with red paper label and red, plastic centre. Called "Jumpin' at the Bar Lea", it has 2 tracks per side. Side one: 'Tamuré Bar Lea' and 'Tei te Ara Tau Tino'. Side two: 'Haamoe to oe Caricature' and 'Tiare Auté'. Etched in vinyl just beside the label is "T-E-P-2 Side 1" and "T-EP-2 Side 2" on their respective sides. On the red plastic centre, it reads "45 RPM Adaptor".
2. Cover: Square, cardboard case sealed on 3 sides. On the front is an image of people dancing. Many have flower wreaths on their heads. Above the image reads "Jumpin' at the Bar Lea' and below it 'Papeete, Tahiti'. The reverse side has a story about Bar Lea in English and French, the song list, the name of the band (Charley Itchner et l'Orchestre Bar Lea) and record company information. (Tahiti Records P.O. Box 478, Papeete Tahiti, c 1959 by Tahiti Records). "Cover photo: Vince Pincetich".
