Description
White cylindrical plastic bag with draw string closure at the top. "TEAL" is printed on the bag 6 times alternating between blue and turquoise. There is a dark blue border 25 mm wide along the top edge with 6 grommets in it. Threaded through the grommets is white nylon rope that also threads through a white piece of plastic and hooks to the bottom of the bag with a metal hook. That hook feeds through a grommet attached to the bottom. There is the remains of a white sticker with black writing. All that remains is: "...AN CUSTOMS / G No.2341......ASSED".
