Description
-1 Winder - this is the main body of the whole unit. It consists of a round, toothed wheel fitted with a free-turning handle. This has been riveted to a black, metal bracket which has been fitted with a screw-down clamp so it can be fixed to a table. The top is semi-conical and in the centre is a metal, toothed spindle for part 3 to sit on. Part No.WW 1930-A. -2 Spindle - conical with a toothed wheel at the base. The teeth of this wheel match up with the little toothed spindle on part 1. Part No.851323. -3 Worm drive - this is a black, plastic toothed wheel with curved slots and a tube running through its centre. This bit is attached to an angled metal projection which fits through the bottom of part 2. Part No.851003. -4 Guide - thin, metal guide with a loop at the top for the thread to pass through and another loop at the bottom which fits snugly into the semi-conical portion of part 1. -5 Wool - a small ball of cream-coloured wool. -6 Box - the original cardboard box in which the wh
