Description
A green cardboard box which is marked: "Nestlé's Chocolates" in red and "Winning Post" in stylised white print in the centre. Below are the words: "Regd. Trade Mark"; and on the bottom, left hand corner are the words: "Half Lb. Net."
On the top left hand corner of the box is the Nestlé company trade mark consisting of two nesting birds in the centre of the two words: "Trade Mark". Below the trade mark is a picture of a horseshoe surrounding the head of a horse in profile (facing right) and a white picket fence in the background. Below the horse's head is a jockey's cap with a pair of criss-crossed riding crops.
On the underside of the box is the name of the manufacturer and the number: "484" printed in red. Below this number are the words: "Prepared in New Zealand. The Nestlé Company (New Zealand) Limited Auckland". The lower portion of the box is white in colour.
