Description
A Temco manufactured electric clock. The clock is a 200~250 Volts AC 50 cycles. The clock is encased in a square wooden frame. There is a square chromium decorative border surrounding the clock. The dial is marked with Arabic numerals and has 2 hands - the hour hand and minute hand. The circle around the numerals is silver gilt. The case is decorative with panelled sides flowing outwards. On the back is a black round plate which says TEMCO with the name of the manufacturer. There is one small metal projection which had a knob (now missing) to turn and set the hands of the clock. At the bottom are 2 electric terminals to attach a cord for the power supply. (Cord missing). On top of the clock is a commemorative plate which says: "Presented to Mr & Mrs L. W. Hall. By T.E.A.L. Flight Stewards Stewardesses and The Catering Division On the occasion of their marriage 1950".
