Description
A small plastic coin with the MOTAT logo on one side and underneath that the words: "Auckland N.Z." embossed. On the other side can be seen the Auckland City Council Coat of Arms and the word "Advance" embossed on a banner. This coin was used at MOTAT in the operation of slot machines which were operated using one penny coins. The plastic coin was developed so the machines could continue to be operated.
