Description
First aid kit consisting of metal tin with white finish and a first field dressing, two plain gauze bandages, an iodine ampoule and burn dressing. Gauze and dressing manufactured by Johnson & Johnson. On front of tin stencilled in red ink is '9A-02455 KITS - FIRST AID. SURVIVAL PACK. DATE PACKED:-'. Black ink stencilled numbers on front '4/58' which may refer to date packed, however all the bandages have 1942 or 1943 dates. On interior of base of tin is sticker stating 'RAYNER SERVICES LTD WAIMAUKU PHONE 29??'

This kit was assembled by Johnson and Johnson and contains: a first field dressing, two plain gauze bandages, an iodine ampoule and burn dressing. All these items would be very useful for covering any minor family emergency.
