Description

Glass and cream coloured wooden framed eye chart. Two metal screws on interior at top, chart of black lettering against cream background seems printed on wooden board. Black letters range in descending size downwards and some are framed within a grid pattern. Dark coloured wooden board on reverse sealing frame. Small detail on side of chart states manufacturers info.
