Description

Metal helmet with khaki green finish, "FIRE POLICE" stencilled on front in white. Interior: beige coloured fabric, black coloured foam and metal interior support, leather straps on either side with metal buckle to attach under chin.

Brief History

Believed to be World War II era and likely relates to domestic fire protection during the war.
