Description

Christening gown. 70 years old at donation. Lawn. Completely hand sewn. Scalloped trim at neck. Broderie Anglaise panel at yoke with Broderie Anglaise trim. Short sleeves made of Broderie Anglaise. Skirt has extensive Broderie Anglaise detailing, including two lines that extend from the waist down to the hem that give the appearance of an overskirt. Gathered at waist. Two ties - one at neck and one at waist.
