Description
1. Uniform Dress: White nurse tunic, red cross on the arm, detachable white belt. Four white buttons with two white buttons on the belt. One breast pocket on the left. Short sleeves, hem turned up. V-neck collar. Thick hemline at the bottom of the dress. Printed on the back of the collar reads, ' Z-SA?TER.' Makers label reads, 'John Cozert LTD. Queen Street Auckland, MADE IN N.Z.'.
2. Uniform Hat: White linen hat. Button-up edges at the back. Red embroidered cross on centre of front brim. Marked "Z-SALTER"
