Description
A pianola roll of the tune 'Belle Nuit' from opera 'The Tales of Hoffmann', 1881, by Jacques Offenbach. Green coloured paper for frontispiece, then changes to cream coloured paper. Two wooden flanges at either end with protruding metal pins. Paper tax stamp affixed to front reading "Mecolico 2½d".
