Description

Metal ticket clippers, scissor action, single hole punch. The design of the punch is an "upholstered chair". The handles have a metal spring linking them together. There is a diamond outline on the bottom jaw of the punch. Inside the diamond shape are the letters "B-V". Underneath the maker's mark is a small B. The punch is still in its original box.
