Description
A pottery ashtray, ochre colouring, square shaped with extruding gripping handles on opposite sides of the plate. Logo and words: "AIR NEW ZEALAND" raised on end lip of ashtray.
Brief History
Air New Zealand commissioned these ashtrays from Crown Lynn Potteries during the 1970s when smoking was still permitted on board aircraft.
