Description
Tail drift sight: A black metal plate with a telescopic lens inside a tubular sighter. The tube has a mirror lens offset at the base. The lens can be adjusted by twin wheels. There is an aluminium plate with port and starboard drift calibrations. There is a plastic sticker on the base plate with the number 209/64. Ref. No. 6B/110, Serial No. 2290/39. (Possibly a Tail drift sight from Lancaster bomber, Mark IV)
