Goodbrand & Co. Paper Weighing Machine.
Metal paper weighing machine standing on three legs which are painted red. Central beam extends from the legs and has a device attached to it at a single point enabling it to swivel. The device is comprised of a curved ruler made of brass and has grams per metre measures engraved into it. At the top end, there is engraved text reading "FOR SAMPLES / 10X10 CMS". At the lower end "1/450 / GOODBRAND & CO. LTD / MAKER'S. / STALYBRIDGE." is engraved. On the right side of the rile, there are three metal rod attached on a pivot. At the end of the rightmost rod, there is a spring.
