Description

6 Allied aircraft pursued by 3 Luftwaffe aircraft. In the foreground is a Messerschmitt 262 with guns blazing at an unseen target. One Allied aircraft has the inner starboard engine on fire seen diving away with a Messerschmitt Me 262 immediately behind to the rear. A third Messerschmitt 262 is seen the background diving away from the main formation of the aircraft. Three of the allied aircraft are in the process of dropping their sticks of bombs. On the ground below smoke can be seen billowing from the target area.
