This is Parnell District School, which opened in 1933 on St Stephen's Ave. The building still stands. Part of it can be seen from 32 Gladstone Road (https://goo.gl/maps/ocQ1VSSZUuwKLbXg8). Different photos of the building come up on the school webpage: https://parnell.school.nz/heritage/
