Description
1. Packaging: Rectangular cardboard box with openings at top and bottom. Labelled on front "MEADOW / LANE / Woodlands / SOAP" This is repeated on reverse, with "75gsm / Manufactured by N.Z.C.L. / P.O. Box 22191 Otahuhu N.Z. / Exclusively for DEKA" added at bottom. Colour picture on front of box with an open gate, a red house and two clothed mice with a basket. Colour pictures on sides of clothed mice with berries. Two price stickers located on front of box "5 034660 / L. D. NATHAN / $1.65" (white); "034660 / INCL G.S.T / $1.65" (blue). Labelled on bottom of box "A careful / blend of the finest / natural ingredients. / Double enriched to give a creamy / lather that is kind and gentle / to even the most / sensitive skin."
2. Soap: Rectangular ivory coloured block of soap with rounded edges. Stamped into middle of front is "MEADOW / LANE" with head and arms of mouse in centre. Reverse has blank rounded rectangular indent stamped in centre.
