Description
1. Packaging: Square front cardboard box with openings at top and bottom. Labelled on front "MEADOW / LANE / Magnolia / SOAP" and in a circle there is a colour picture on front of box with an open gate, a red house and two clothed mice with a basket This is repeated on reverse, with "85gsm" in lower corner. On top of box is written "Manufactured by N.Z.C.L. / P.O. Box 22191 Otahuhu N.Z. / Exclusively for DEKA". Colour pictures on sides of clothed mice with berries. Two price stickers located on the box, one on front "034660 / INCL G.S.T / $1.65" (blue) and one on back "5 034660 / L. D. NATHAN / $1.65" (white). Labelled on bottom of box "A careful / blend of the finest / natural ingredients. / Double enriched to give a creamy / lather that is kind and gentle / to even the most / sensitive skin."
2. Soap: Circular ivory coloured block of soap with rounded edges. Stamped into middle of front is "MEADOW / LANE" with simplified picture of same image on front and reverse of box in an indented circle.
