1. Packaging: White, rectangular cardboard box with tab at top and opening at both ends. "Neutrogena R" On the front of the box is an image of a yellow bar of soap and pink flowers. "Natural Neutrogena, the gentle soap." On short sides "Natural / Neutrogena R / the gentle soap / 100g Net". On reverse "Made to the original Belgian formula by / Faulding Laboratories (NZ) Ltd. and marketed / by Salmond Smith Biolab Ltd, Auckland." Written on the top of the box in black pencil is "4750" and on side "465"
2. Soap: Dark amber coloured rectangular block of soap wrapped in plastic.
3. Leaflet: Leaflet folded into three, text in navy blue, orange and aqua describing Neutrogena products.
