1. Box: Rectangular, orange cardboard box, black on long sides, with open front cavity for soap. On front "musk / for MEN" at top and "SHOWER SOAP / FROM THE MAKERS OF Old Spice". On reverse "musk / for MEN / SHOWER SOAP / No. 4364 NET. WT. 150g. / SHULTON / NEW YORK . LONDON . PARIS / MADE IN NEW ZEALAND / SHULTON (N.Z.) LTD. / AUCKLAND". Handwritten on back of box in ballpoint pen " 174g / with rope".
2. Soap: Rectangular honey coloured soap attached to white cotton twisted cord at top. "Old Spice / MUSK". Large raised "M" making up shape of soap.
