White plastic baggage tag. Front depicts the NAC logo in red and blue - "NAC / NEW ZEALAND NATIONAL AIRWAYS CORPORATION". Reverse is printed with "PERMANENT IDENTITY TAG / NAME / ADDRESS / USE BALLPOINT PEN" in grey. Grey string attached to tag using hole punched in centre of proper left side of tag.
