Description
Vacuum cleaner - small, leather bag, on wheels. The elongated, leather bag operates as a concertina creating a vacuum at the base of the bag. This is similar to a set of bellows operating in reverse thereby creating a vacuum. The operator would need to direct the sweeper by the long handle, and the metal rods attached to the outside rim of the metal wheels provide an off-centre motion, opening and closing the concertina bag, thereby creating a vacuum effect at the metal nozzle sucking end of the cleaner.
