Includes seven log books (1926-1957), photographs, an RAF leave pass, a typescript by Peter Ingram about Harold Piper with a focus on the 1930 England to Australia flight and possibly ex display material. Piper was a New Zealand born pilot who worked for Short Brothers as a test pilot. Well known for working on the Mayo composite project.
