Vehicle Mould [Boot Engine Vent, Heron MJ1]. Rectangular shaped fibreglass mould with two holes in centre. One side painted with black epoxy paint, the other side in tan.
Part of set of black resin (interior) and grey fibreglass (exterior) moulds used to fabricate the exterior body and interior components of the Heron MJ1Sportscar in 1980. The moulds were made from wooden "plugs" that formed the basic outline of the vehicle. The moulds were made and designed by Heron vehicle designer Ross Baker in 1980.
