Description
Vehicle Mould [Front Guards from Bonnet, Heron MJ1]. U- Shaped frame with black resin interior, made of fibreglass ,mounted on steel beams for support. Numerous bolt holes along outer edges for attachment to a mobile transport/manufacturing frame.

Part of set of black resin (interior) and grey fibreglass (exterior) moulds used to fabricate the exterior body and interior components of the Heron MJ1Sportscar in 1980. The moulds were made from wooden "plugs" that formed the basic outline of the vehicle. The moulds were made and designed by Heron vehicle designer Ross Baker in 1980.
