Superbase” / Load “*”, 8, 1”. Disk protection advice on back with pictures and captions and “Maxell / Maxell Europe GmbH […] Made in Japan[…]”.
On disk maxell sticker with writing in pen: “Load ‘*’, 8”, printed “maxell / MINI-FLOPPY DISK / MINIDISKETTE / MINI-DISQUE SOUPLE / MD1-D JAPAN-JAPON”. Hand written on another sticker (label) in pen: "A. Easyscript / B. Superbase / A. Easyscript Type in Capitals”. Accompanied by two sheets of paper one hand written and one printed with the same information on each, printed paper reads: “EASYSCRIPT INSTRUCTIONS / B -BLOCK SET / C – CLEAR TAB / […] F1 TO GET “MODE” FLICKERING AT THE TOP OF THE MONITER SCREEN.”
