(1) U.S. Naval Base 3205 'Government Motor Vehicle Operations Permit 4757' for Pettigrew, RNZAF unit.
(2) Envelope containing a card of 13 instructions for survival if an aircraft crashed in the jungle (in English and pidgin English). Printed on envelope front are the Australian and U.S.A. flags and a bomber aircraft. The instruction card features the Commonwealth Coat of Arms.
