Description
Field service postcards with printed sentences for the sender to select to send updates during the war. Sentences that do not apply to sender have been crossed out with a line. Advises the sender that postcard will be destroyed if any other information is written. Postcards as follow:
(1) Postcard advising of being well and letter to follow at first opportunity. Addressed to Miss Salter of Dollis Hill, London. Post stamped 5 January 1915. Signed Perey.
(2) Postcard advising of being well, receipt of letter on the 19 April 1915 and that a reply letter to follow at first opportunity. Addressed to Miss Salter of Dollis Hill, London. Post stamped 25 April 1915. Signed Perey.
(3) Postcard advising of being well, receipt of letter and that a reply letter to follow at first opportunity. Addressed to Mrs Richardson of Dollis Hill, London. Post stamped 26 July 1916. Signed Perey.
