Original whole plate contact albumen photographic print of Cemetery Bridge over Grafton Gully connecting Karangahape Road, Symonds Street to Park Road.
The Cemetery Bridge or Cemetery Gully Bridge was a pedestrian Bridge opened in 1885, in use until concrete bridge was constructed in 1910 which is still in use today.
This image shows Cemetery Bridge over Grafton Gully, image taken from the West bank and looking towards South East bank of the gully at Park Road with Auckland City Hospital visible.
