Description
Traffic Crossing Signal.

The traffic crossing signal consisting of two plastic covered lights set into a metal housing which tapers towards the back. The two lights are connected in the middle by metal bolts. On one side of the casing there are two metal box clasps to secure the facing of the casing to the body of the light unit. On the other side are hinges which allows the casing to be opened. At each end of the casing, a metal bolt with attached metal bracket extends from the object.

The top light is red. Behind the cover for the light, a silhouette of a person standing with its feet together and arms by its side is visible. In the bottom corner of the casing for the red light, “[logo]” is embossed onto the metal.

The bottom light is green. “[logo] / Plessey” has been embossed onto the bottom corner of the casing. Behind the cover for the light, a silhouette of a person walking with one arm and one leg extended is visible

A thick cord extends from the back of the object. The cord has been cut revealing four coloured wires, one black, one blue, one red, one green.
