Telecom Phone Card
Black plastic Healthy Schools edition Telecom phone card. The front of the card has white printed text which reads "Telecom / $5 / GST / INC. / PHONE CARD / [logo] / NZSTA". "[logo] Healthy Schools" has been printed in teal. In the centre of the card, on the front, an illustration depicting children eating and the words "I [heart] Healthy / Food / Tuck Shop" can be found.
The back is black with printed text reading "2201BO008749 / B / FUNdCards for Healthy Schools / The healthy child is well in heart. Illustration by: [name], Manukau Intermediate School / This card is being sold for $7 with a donation of $1.50 to the schools selling the card and / 50c to the Regional Trustees Association in support of the Healthy Schools Project. / Telecom New Zealand Limited / Services charged using this card are subject to the Telecom Contract / for Telecom Network Service available at our normal place of business".
The card is kept in a sealed plastic bag.
