LOMAK Circuit Board.
White circuit board on laminated wood sealed in heat-sealed bubble wrap. At the front, a red sticker with "MC / PR#: C07151717 / QTY: [?] / DATE: 10/4.06 / DATE CODE: 06[?] / PASSED / FQC" printed on it has been adhered to the outer packaging. "LOMAK mkII / REV 5.0" is printed in blue onto the circuit board. At the back, "T6" has been hand written next to "1368MLB / MULTI 1 / 94V-0 / 06 13" which is printed.
