ARA Hat badge.
Circular silver coloured plastic pin. In the centre of the pin, the insignia of ARA has been embossed. Around the outer edge, "AUCKLAND / REGIONAL AUTHORITY" is embossed. At the back, there are two protruding bars with a safety pin through them.
