Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ50 Digital Camera.
Part 1: Black Konica Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ50 digital camera. Camera has a rectangular base unit with protruding lens at the front. “Panasonic / DMC-FZ50” is printed on the front of the base. The lens has two adjustable collars around its circumference with numbers printed in white and “(35mm EQUIV)” on one of the collars. On the proper left side of the lens, “12x 35mm EQUIV. / OPTICAL ZOOM 35-420” is printed. Below this, there is a switch and button with “AF / AF /MACRO / MF / FOCUS” printed to indicate the functions. On the right side of the lens, “MEGA O.I.S.” is printed in red. At the end of the lens, “LEICA / DC VARIO-ELMARIT 1:2.8-3.7/7.4-88.8 ASPH.” is printed. At the top of the base, there is a flat panel which extends out slightly over the lens. To the proper left of it, there is a small switch with “OPEN” printed above it. When the switch is pushed, it releases the panel which folds upwards to reveal the flash. Behind this, there is a small metal clip and a rubber padded sight. On the proper right, there is a dial with symbols and “CUSTOM / M / S / A / P / A / SCN” printed onto it. Next to the dial, there are two small buttons, and “OFF ON” switch and a silver shutter release button.
On the proper left side of the camera, there is a small panel which folds out to reveal three ports. “REMOTE / AV/ / OUT / DIGITAL / DC IN 8.4V” is engraved around them. On the proper right, there is a panel that slides out then hinges backwards to reveal an SD card slot. At the back of the camera, there are a series of buttons corresponding to the objects various functions and settings, their purpose “FOCUS/ / AE LOCK / EVF/LCD / DISPLAY / FUNCTION / MENU / SET / REV” is printed. The camera has a large panel below the sight with “Panasonic” printed on it. The panel is attached to the device on a pivot and can be folded down to reveal a small screen. At the bottom of the camera base unit, there is a battery compartment with a switch release to open it and “CLOSE OPEN” engraved on it. A label with “Panasonic / Model No.DMC-FZ50 / Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. / Osaka Japan / Made in Japan / J6SC21425 R” printed.
A textile strap with “LUMIX” embossed onto a leather pad is attached to each side of the camera body.
Part 2: Circular plastic lens cap for Lumix camera. On the front face of the cap, there is a pinch release system and “LUMIX” has been engraved.
Part 3: Black plastic lens hood with sticker adhered reading “WHEN YOU INSERT THE LENS HOOD, / THE DOT ON THE HOOD HAVE TO BE / ALIGNED TO THE GROOVE PLACED / AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LENS. / PLEASE REMOVE THE LENS HOOD / WHEN YOU USE THE FLASH LIGHT.”
Part 4: Navy battery cell for Lumix camera. Battery has a plastic casing and a double arch shaped front with “Li-ion BATTERY PACK” engraved on it. At the back of the battery, “Panasonic / Li-ion / CGR-S006E / 7.2 710mAh / CAUTION: / DON’T DISASSEMBLE. / DON’T DISPOSE OF IN FIRE. / DON’T STORE IN TEMPERATURE / OVER 60oC. / CHARGE ONLY WITH SPECIFIED / CHARGER. / Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. / Kadoma Osaka Japan Made in Japan (VGNOP86)” is printed in white.
Part 5: Navy, plastic battery charger for Lumix Li-ion battery pack. The front of the battery has a recess to insert the battery pack for charging. In the top left corner of this recess, there is a small light to indicate charge status with “CHARGE” embossed above it. “LUMIX / Panasonic / DE-994 / BATTERY CHARGER” is printed in white. At the back of the charger, a sticker with “Panasonic / BATTERY CHARGER / Model No. DE-994A / INPUT:110V-240V~50/60Hz 0.15A / OUTPUT: 8.4V 0.43A / Approval No. Q041112 / Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. / Made in China / Serial No. / J642696DC R” printed on it in white has been adhered. Along the top edge, there is a double pronged port for a cable. Above it “AC IN” is printed.
Part 6: Black textile carry case for camera. Case opens from the top and tapers towards the bottom. The top of the case has a flap cover with a plastic side release buckle attached in the bottom front centre to secure it closed. At the top of the flap, there is a padded carry handle and a panel of faux-leather detailing. On the front of the flap, there is a plastic logo with “Lowepro” embossed in white on it. On the left and right sides of the case, there is an attached ‘D’ ring. At the back of the case, there is a Velcro panel with a label that has “www.lowepro.com” embroidered onto it attached. Inside, the case is lined with a soft grey textile. Two tags have been sewn into the back left corner and have printed text reading “Rezo TLZ 20” and “MADE IN CHINA …”. At the front of the case, there is a pouch with two interior mesh pockets.
