Description
Cigarette case - sterling silver, inscribed G.B.F. The case is made up of 2 halves hinged in the middle. It is slightly curved to fit into a pocket. There are the usual Hallmarks associated with a silver case. The anchor denotes that it was made in Birmingham. The stylised 'm' denotes the date - 1896. The lion denotes that it is 925 silver. "MJJ" is the maker's name.
