Description
Sextant - in green case 4505. Army Air Force bubble Sextant, type A-12. Case is made of wood, covered in green canvas with a hinged lid. Case has a light brown felt lining and compartments for accessories. Sextant is made of black metal covering with large cream coloured plastic turning knob on surface. Glass eye for viewing window on rear. Dial controls semi-circular scale at front of sextant and two cylindrical lenses at front.
