Description
Clock - shelf. The clock is round with a silver dial and black Arabic numerals. There are only 2 hands - a minute hand and an hour hand. On the dial, just below the '12' marker, is an 8-pointed star with the word "unghans" and the letter "J" (for Junghans) in it. The entire clock is encased in a round domed and sloping wooden case. On the reverse of the clock is a back plate with 2 winding keys, a slider with STOP mode, another slider for regulating the movement, a turning knob (to turn the hands) and a protrusion for a key (which is missing) in the centre of a brass dial marked 1 ~ 12 counter-clockwise, but with an arrow which is indicated that the key should be turned clockwise. The clock is still working and was overhauled in May 2001. The movement is worn and the clock runs for 6 to 8 hours only.
