Description
Pair of Flight crew boots. Dark brown, rubber shoes with suede leggings. The sole of the shoe appears to be a synthetic material which has been stitched. The maker's label is: ITS Rubber Co. Ltd. The leggings are reddish brown suede as is the top of the shoe. There are no laces on the shoe. The lining of the boot is shearling. There is a 170 mm leather tongue extending from the shoe opening and stitched to the shearling alongside the zipper. The metal zipper runs from the instep to the upper region of the legging. The toe of the shoe is round. The wall of the shoe is a rubberised material which appears to have been heat-sealed to the suede legging. The heel of the shoe is fixed by 8 recessed nails. The heel is made of a hard, synthetic material.
