Description
The strap consists of a black band of woven nylon. At the front of the band is a badge on a background of black wool. The top of the badge depicts a crown which is red, gold and green, and made up of velvet and embroidery thread. Underneath the crown, is a gold bird, either an albatross or an eagle, which is perhaps made of metal. Underneath the bird is a gold laurel wreath made of embroidery thread.
