Description
Metal rod with indent in the centre. On each end is a black, plastic, rubber-covered wheel. At one end is a grey dial with rod through the centre and grooves on outside with measurements. Object appears to be a part of some car or object that requires wheel attachments. The rubber wheels are in poor condition.
