Description

Blue plastic cover over cardboard, folded into 3 sides (covers [2] and spine). Embossed on the front is "MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT", Crest with name of Ministry and "CIVIL AVIATION DIVISION" underneath. Also on the cover is 78 mm x 30 mm plastic sleeve with opening at top. Inserted in it is a piece of paper saying "CAIC AIR SERIES". There is another plastic sleeve on the spine. Inside the binder is a three-ringed metal clasp which opens and closes. There is also a flap of plastic on the right side of the interior which opens towards the spine of binder.
