Description

Souvenir Postcard commemorating the Faith in Australia flight of November 1933 sent to W Eabourne on Tasman Empire Airways "Aotearoa" ZK-AMA first flight postmarked 1 May 1940 in Sydney and bearing Australian one 1p Queen Mother stamp and one 2p Kingsford Smith stamp. Signed by M. Burgess, O. Craig, J. Buny and J. Whilliams on the front and Charles Ulm on the back. The back also bears a Palmerston North postmark 3 May 1940 and an earlier postmark of 4 December 1933.
