Description
The left side of two fire appliances sitting to the right of the First National Bank. The engine on the right has its engine and front seats covered with a large piece of fabric. The ladder assemble is extended up the side of the building. It is heavily iced. The appliance with structures to hold ladders is sitting behind it and is also heavily iced. There is a stream of water being directed over it into the second floor window of the building next to it. The columned facade of the First National Bank is to the left. All the building facades have handing icicles. In the foreground are hoses lying on the ground. They are covered with patches of ice.
