Description
Four men standing in front of the wing and nose of the Avro Lancaster. The two men in the middle are in uniform, the two men on the outside for in suits. The uniformed man on the left is M. le Capitaine Veyrat, Military Air Attache of Noumea and Senior Officer of Lancaster Crew. Merv Sterling and his son are standing on either side of the French crew members. Merv Sterling is holding a camera in his hands about waist level, his son has a camera hanging around his neck. Behind the group part of a sign is visible. It reads: Museu. ....pot .nd T..echno... In the background is the right side of the Lancasters nose and part of the right wing.
